With the introduction of the new evolution of the internet, many people are able to find these positions.
Web3 is constantly being maintained and new projects are popping up each day. Because of this, there are thousands of new jobs created in the technology field each day. In fact, it is expected that more than 12 million jobs will be created by tech in 2025. With many of these jobs, employees are finding they have more self sovereignty and are able to create their own schedules and work from where they want.
Many workers were feeling burnt out by the 9-5 days they were expected to work, but Web3 is shifting that schedule. Now, 57% of workers have flexible schedules and are able to work when they want. Workers can also work from where they want due to the growing popularity of video calls and remote work.
