Full Disclosure: I have a hard time writing blog comments. It’s not that I don’t have a ton to say. It’s just trying to make the comment a good one. You see, it’s important that your comments be as high a quality as your blog posts. The latest from Best Biz Practices sheds some light on this topic.
I find that I like to mix up the comments with the ping backs (like this post, which will ping back to Mike’s original). Mixing it up is important since some topics don’t really warrant a ping back or maybe it’s just easier to jot off a quick comment. Either way, comments add value to a blog and can be just as important as the original content.
