Leadership includes developing new leaders. It’s just part of the gig. Over at A Shot of Inspiration, there is a great summary on one way a leader can do this by having dreams. It’s a sound practice. I especially like the sharing part. That, to me, is the single biggest motivator for both the leader to fulfill their dreams and others to aspire to their own. Once a dream or goal is shared, the peer pressure makes to obtainable.
