Proper email tone and formatting is essential for non-native speakers of any language (see post). Nadia is right on. It’s hard work wading through tons of emails and translate the meaning. Sales people should spend time making it worth my time to read their pitch. Anything that hooks me in will make it easier for me to continue on.
